Growing up in LA, we loved going to the original roscoes chicken & waffles in Hollywood. I made a vegan version. Made with chickpeas and vital wheat gluten aka "seitan", this vegan fried chicken is delicious & packed with protein {see recipe list for the vegan waffle recipe}.
Cauliflower wings are popular at most vegan spots, and they make a great meat substitute. Gochujang gives this recipe authentic Korean flavor and chili powder adds a spice.
